Gennadiy Kernes sent his congratulations with the anniversary of the town day to the mayor of Erevan

Kharkiv city mayor Gennadiy Kernes sent greetings to the mayor of Erevan Taron Magarjan on the occasion of 2794 anniversary of the capital of Armenia.

Congratulations were forwarded by Andrij Proskurin, the director of enterprise and consumer's market department on October, 14. He visited Erevan in the course of celebration of the anniversary of the city.

«Erevan is one of few cities who carried its traditions and history through centuries. This is the city of dreams and wishes of Armenians wherever they live», - city mayor emphasized in greetings.

Congratulation says that there are about 7 thousand of Armenians in Kharkiv. They bring weighty contribution in economic, spiritual, cultural urban development but still they remain patriots of historical homeland, they still preserve and increase their national spirituality and culture.

«Kharkiv city council and me as a mayor support all the events that are directed to strengthen friendship between the nations and further acquaintance with the cultures of other countries. I am sure that successful development of connections between Kharkiv city council and the city hall of Erevan will give its benefit as common projects in economic and humanitarian spheres. Our success is in the friendship and unity», - says the greeting. The mayor also wished Erevan and its citizens peace, happiness and prosperity.
