Kharkiv took part in tourist exhibition in Brno

Kharkiv delegation returned from Czech city Brno where they took part in tourist exhibition of partner cities «Regiontour-2013».

Kharkiv representatives visited tourist forum at the invitation of magistrate of the city. During the exhibition Kharkiv mount was visited by Roman Onderka - the city mayor of Brno, his deputies, consul of Ukraine in Brno – Volodymyr Gorbarenko, and the expert personnel in tourism of Czech Republic and Europe. The mount of Kharkiv attracted intense interest of public officers and visitors who were attracted with information of Kharkiv and its tourist potential.

During the stay in Brno Kharkiv delegation held a number of official meetings, including the meeting with representatives of tourist information center. In the course of the meeting the sides discussed the lines of cooperation between Kharkiv and Brno and their implementation. The sides also considered the questions of preparations for the representatives of tourist sphere of Brno to the participation in tourist showcase "Partnership in Tourism", which is scheduled for April, 18-19 in Kharkiv.

The Department of International Cooperation noted that participation in the exhibition contributed the establishment of contacts with travel agencies and companies that are interested in working with tour operators in Ukraine and Kharkiv.
