"School of Hospitality" will be opened in Kharkiv

Ukrainian-German training center “School of Hospitality” will be opened in Kharkiv April 19.
 
Olga Demjanenko - divisional manager of image-building projects and exhibition activities - informed about it during the press-conference in Kharkiv city council press center.
 
She stated that it is pilot project and it knows no equals in Ukraine. It is being developed in cooperation with German organization "GIZ". 
 
Classes will be given by invited experts from Germany and lecturers of Kharkiv universities. Except for academic education the participants of the trainings will be able to obtain hand-on experience as well.
 
"Previously we used to hold trainings in diverse hotels but now we have our center. It is a big step towards improving the hospitality of our city," - Olga Demjanenko noted.
 
"School of Hospitality" will train waitpersons, employees of hotel industry and tourism, foreign delegation interpreters and other employees of tourism.
 
The institutors note that training will be fee-paying but affordable. Besides, students of field-oriented universities are supposed to get a discount.
