Municipal non-profit enterprise “City Polyclinic No. 10” received modern equipment from the Medical Association of the Czech Republic.
According to the director of the Department of Healthcare, Ihor Kulyk, the Czech partners handed over the equipment which is unique for a primary care medical facility.
"Thanks to this help, the polyclinic was able to equip surgical and gynecological offices, as well as offices of family doctors. Now we have modern furniture, lamps, ionizers, portable ultrasound devices, etc.," said Ihor Kulyk.
As the owner of the Czech medical firm "Comedeq" Jan Horak said, the goal of their association is to provide assistance to the primary care of medicine in Kharkiv.
"We strive for citizens to receive high-level services. In addition, the Czech government involved the Taiwanese government in the implementation of the project to help Kharkiv in the medical field. This is our small contribution as a sign of gratitude for the fact that Ukraine protects the whole of Europe," said Jan Horak.
Deputy Mayor of Kharkiv Svitlana Gorbunova-Ruban emphasized that the parties agreed on further cooperation and the implementation of new projects that will contribute to the improvement of the provision of services in the medical field.
